dc.description.abstractThis research presents a study of the most common brick bonding styles of header and stretcher built and man hours on building construction sites around Kampala and Wakiso working at a height between [0-1.5]m and [1.5-3.0]m the different tasks involved in construction of the different bonding style and then quantifying mortar volumes generated from different masons for the bonding styles of either internal or external walls. The study involved field observation and volume studies for a period of about five months generating different mortar volume used and percentage wastage for each bonding styles.en_US
