dc.description.abstractThe study was to design a football scouting system for the case of scouting players in vipers sports club. The study was guided by the following objectives to develop a football scouting system that rates and gives statistics and information of players according to their actual performance in the league for easy and cheap evaluations, spotting and scouting, to investigate the current football scouting systems to determine the user requirements for an effective evaluation and scouting of football players at Vipers sports club, to analyze the collected data from the club of Vipers SC, to design and implement a responsive football scouting system, to test and validate the effectiveness of the designed football scouting system Data Collection Methods and Instruments were used which included Questionnaire, Interviews, Document review and Focus Group Discussions. These helped to capture the information from different stakeholderen_US
