    Abstract
My research was about analysing the liberation event on the play of Janga la werevu. The play of Janga la werevu was written by Said. A. Mohamed in Kenya. The play talks about the sufferings brought about by colonialists in the African continent. Africans suffered souch at the extent of the rich whites. There was scarcity of water among the netizens as the rich were busy wasting water and starting the big plantations of coffee. The leadership was very poor to the extent of poor Africans being killed for passing through the plantations of rich. This is what prompted me to doy research on that play such that i can discover more what happened and how did the Africans liberate themselves and my findings are discussed in my research dissertation.
