The system is aimed at solving many of the challenges faced by the current manual and semi-automated system of data management and records storage processes at the education department of the district. This study followed the framework of Design Science Research for Information Systems; thus, the researcher identified the problems encountered in the enrolment and records keeping process, defined the objective of the study, designed and developed the system, deployed, evaluated, and presented the results of the study. The system was developed using php, html, css and sql languages in Apache server/ Xampp server 7.1.4. The software development methodology adopted is a Prototyping Model. In order to ensure system usability, sociability, and flexibility to changes that may occur at the later stage of its development. The system, if adopted, will increase efficient service delivery and also provide added advantage to education data management.
