For long slogans have been used in Uganda especially for advertising, sensitization, information, distinction, creation of a sense of teamwork, confronting, fighting for people's rights especially politically and have been identified with business men, companies, political parties, and political candidates This study exposes us to the impact caused by Robert Kyagulany’s slogans as they have been a means of solidifying the energy of the activists, creating a sense of teamwork and introducing candidates and their platforms to the electorates. They have also distinguished Kyagulanyi from other opposition leaders and have captured the country's desire to acquire change, freedom and fairness, help to confront aggressive leaders and depict the need to replace old tired leaders as well as position a leader to suggest larger goals like prosperity, job creation for all, wealth creation among others. Data was collected through observation and interviewing respondents; both primary and secondary sources of data were used and the collected data was transcribed and translated. Basing on this found information, it is very true that political slogans once uttered create a great impact to the people especially in Uganda where I chose to do my research.en_US
