    Abstract
The Drugsave wastage minimization system enables public hospitals to perform stock sharing and exchange drugs among themselves hence reducing drug wastage in the country. The purpose of this report is to give a detailed description of all the activities that were done by group 33 throughout the development period for example data collection and analysis, process design, data design and system implementation. It also details different tools and applications that have been used during the online system development. It gives an account of the steps and activities involved therein. Some of the challenges faced were high costs of printing interview guides, the proposal, and report. During data collection, there were also some respondents who were biased and unwilling to disclose information to the project team. There was also difficulty speaking to some people who are in high authority positions. The project team managed to achieve the main objective, which was to develop an online system. The project gave the team an opportunity to put into practice the theory and practical knowledge obtained from class into a real work environment through developing a working system that solves a real-world problem in the work environment.
