    Abstract
    Insurance Regulatory Authority of Uganda report on awareness, perception and utilization of insurance services amongst selected companies in Uganda aimed at assessing awareness, perception and utilization of insurance services by the top 100 tax payers in Uganda indicated that that insurance penetration in Uganda is very low (IRA, 2019). Therefore, the main purpose of this study is finding out the factors considered in predicting the demand for health insurance in Uganda, taking a case study of AAR international insurance company.
