    Assessment of the impact of motivation on productivity of workers in Uganda. A case study of Gaming East Africa and Entertainment Limited

    Abstract
    The study aimed at assessing the impact of motivation on the productivity of workers in Gaming East Africa and Entertainment limited. The study put emphasis on motivation as the independent variable and workers’ productivity as the dependent variable. The study focused on finding out the level of motivation in Gaming East Africa and Entertainment limited, level of workers’ productivity and to establish the relationship between the two. The collected data were collected through questionnaires among a random sample of Gaming East Africa and Entertainment limited staff and were analyzed using regression analysis. From the research, it was revealed that indeed motivation increases workers’ productivity. Different ways of motivation were suggested by workers such as increasing on their benefits and increasing their wages among others. Different factors affecting workers’ productivity were also given especially sexual harassment on the side of females. These would be solved by collective effort by the stakeholders and also the government. These issues are addressed in the different chapters as explained as follows.
