dc.description.abstractThe study sought to find out the relationship between Job involvement and employee performance among teachers of different secondary. The study intended to achieve the following objectives, to examine the levels of job involvement, to examine levels of employee performance and to find out the relationship between job involvement and employee performance the levels of job involvement were highly significant while employees performance were high. The researcher used self- administered questionnaire where 83 participants were selected to answer the provided questions in the questionnaire. Then the data was collected and analyze using Statistical Package for social science (SPSS). Pearson correlation coefficient (r) was used to test the hypothesis. The findings revealed that there was a high significant relationship between job involvement and employee performance (r=.443* p>0.05) Job involvement has positive effect on performance. The management of these secondary schools should focus more on ways through which teachers are motivated to involve on teaching rather than focusing on what they produce, this will improve on employee’s performance.en_US
