Now days, an hoc network construction without network infrastructure gains much attention. One promising solution is to construct an aerial network by using Drones, which is so called Net-Drone. The Drones act as access points to users on the ground and can provide the network connection that is required based on their mobility, which can be useful in areas where network infrastructure is no longer available. Aerial traditional networks by drones have numerous challenges such as limited battery capacity, time varying of the aerial environment leading to frequent handovers. particularly, failure to resolve the frequent handover issues will result into not only unsuccessful seamless handover but also the unnecessary frequent handover trials or attempts.an effective coverage algorithm decision has been proposed in this paper whose objective is to provide a handover that is seamless and hence setting up a fully connected aerial coverage network. In this paper further, we calculated the probabilities of seamless handover success and the false handover initiation probabilities which are used to assess the coverage algorithm that has been proposed. using the probabilities, we carried out a simulation study to assess the proposed scheme performance.en_US
