dc.description.abstractThis study investigates the elements of natural landscape scape as portrayed in Ateso folktales from the people of Teso from eastern Uganda. Its major aim is to identify the images of natural landscape and how they relate with the people through the folktales. The elements of natural landscape include lakes, mountains, rivers, forest, streams, bush and sky. The research was carried out in Olungura village, Ogolai sub-county, Orungo County in Amuria district. It was majorly done through interviews and other methods like recording of people's voice due to distance. This was done to clearly find out what people know about the environment and the relationship they share.en_US
