A project report submitted to the department of Physics in partial fulfillment of the requirements for the award of the degree of Bachelor of Science with Education of Makerere Universityen_US
This project concerns with the sorting of ripe fruits.Perhaps this has not been an issue for the past couple of years .Many fruits have been collected, harvested by looking at their color, size ,their texture name it. But due to the profit making venture of some farmers, even unripe fruits are harvested. This has largely affected food processing industries in their sorting process. This project highlights how this problem can be solved using light reflections from different colors of fruits.en_US
