The most serious problem that formed the basis of this research is the gradual dying of the songs being sang among the Bamasaba due to the influence of the western culture. This study examines the imagery in these songs and how they foster unity, educate their own on marriage and revive culture among the youths. From my observation, songs were found to have an impact on the Bamasaba community especially on the education sector due to the songs being easy to understand because of their oral nature of communication. Basing on my findings, it is recommended to keep producing these songs and giving them importance among the modern and current Bamasaba. This should not stop on producing them but have written works among them.en_US
