dc.description.abstractThis thesis explores how ambiguity manifests its self in riddles with special regard to selected riddles from the Sabiny, a Highland-Nilotic tribe from the eastern parts of Uganda. To establish this, there searcher probed elderly Sabiny people aged 50 and above years with preset questionnaires, closely directed by the earlier set research objectives. Participatory observations were also used by the researcher.en_US
