dc.description.abstractThis report is presented as evidence of the research carried out by the author. The research study is part of the academic requirements and this report is primarily intended for the purpose of sharing information obtained and analyzed during the research. The research was aimed at assessing the suitability of permeable pavement as solution to urban drainage how it can be employed alongside the already existing measures in order curtail the problem of excessive surface water run-offs that lead to flooding in urban areas in Uganda. It is the author’s hope that the information in the report contributes to the body of knowledge and can spark an interest in the concerned authorities to adopt alternative measures to solve the flooding problem in urban areas in Uganda.en_US
