Vegetables are important foods in our day to day life. They contain nutritious minerals such as calcium, fiber, folate, iron, magnesium, potassium, sodium, vitamin A, C and B that is very useful to the human body. These vegetables are usually got from the garden direct or sold by market vendors. However, vendors have limited time to sell these vegetables and sometimes they wither due to changing harsh weather conditions. Therefore they soak and sprinkle water on them so as to preserve their moisture. In doing so, some of these nutrients are lost due to dilution. This project will help vendors to maintaining moisture of the vegetables, keep them cool, ensure no loss of nutrients and also ensure selling of the vegetables throughout the day.en_US
