| dc.description.abstract | The study was on the art of deciphering the meaning of proverbs in Luganda. The study specifically selected the Luganda proverbs and examined their significance. Data were gathered through primary and secondary sources. The primary source was interview and the secondary sources were internet and documents from the library. The data collected was originally in Luganda and later the content was translated into English to aid easy analysis and to make it more understandable to people from different cultural background. The study adopted a qualitative approached and data was organized and analyzed using content analysis. The results revealed that Ganda proverbs plays a significance role in instilling moral values and live lessons in the society. | en_US |
