| dc.description.abstract | This research was conducted through researching on internet and its main purpose was to realise symbolism and the theme of hard work in the Kinyankore proverbs. In this, it showed me the ability to research on proverbs at the mind of culture.
These research analyses fifty proverbs about hard work and their symbolic meanings and plausibly, it is a requirement in the partial fulfilment for the award of Bachelor of Arts with Education, English language and literature during research.
During research, obtained information from different Google sources about proverbs and the method used to collect data were; research, observation, discussion and the library.
In the research, I wrote and translated the proverbs depicted meaning both inner and outer meaning of every proverb through consultations and observation.
I acquired skills in different fields of data analysis, preservation, inter personal cultural leadership however; I faced some challenges during the research period such as finance, time, data and recommendation to the entire readership. It gave me experience and skills more to development in the field of community. | en_US |
