The study was an investigation into the impact of late inventory delivery on human resource attendance. The study specifically sought to examine the nature of impact that the delay in stock delivery has on human resource attendance, to also determine the relationship between the duration before delivery and human resource attendance and also to determine the relationship between availability of basic equipment on human resource attendance. The study was motivated by the continuous poor service delivery in government organizations. A case study at Kiboga hospital was used being a government organization. Secondary data was used using the NMS chart to collect the set dates of delivery and the actual date of delivery were collected from the invoices of the period of 2016-2022 whereas attendance of the workers was retrieved from the attendance lists of workers at Kiboga hospital were the average was got. Data analysis established that there existed a delay of inventory delivery were the minimum days spent before delivery was 22 days, it also established that the delay in delivery has a negative impact on human resource attendance with a strong relationship it further discovered a negative relationship between the availability of basic equipment and attendance of human resource which should be subjected to further research. It was the recommendation of this research, therefore, NMS should work on solving the above challenges that cause the delay in supply working in hand with the government of Uganda which will ensure that the medical equipment are delivered to their respective places and this will also increase the quality of work performed in government organizations. The government should also make a follow up to ensure that the equipment paid for is actually delivered this will create some pressure on NMS and it will have to at least have to deliver in time. This can be archived by employing some one at each government organization which work is fully to ensure that inventory is delivered at the right time.en_US
