This project aims to develop a sensor-based system for improved living conditions and air quality monitoring. By addressing the challenges of global climate change, demographic change, and advancing mechanization, the study focuses on the significance of air quality monitoring in mitigating risks such as health issues and property damage. The methodology involves utilizing embedded systems and IoT technology to create a proactive sensing system. Incorporating the MQ135 air quality sensor and the DHT11 temperature and humidity sensor, the system detects atmospheric levels and deviations. Real-time control of physical variables is achieved through sensor integration. Results demonstrate the system's effectiveness in detecting and monitoring room air composition, temperature, and humidity levels. Users can conveniently manage the system through a mobile device via wireless network technology, specifically Wi-Fi. An application compatible with the system's functionality enhances accessibility. Conclusions emphasize the importance of preventive measures in addressing air quality concerns. The proposed system enables proactive detection and resolution of air quality issues, improving living conditions and ensuring safety. Real-time monitoring facilitates timely alerts and suggestions for resolution. Recommendations include regular sensor testing and calibration to maintain accuracy and reliability. Ongoing maintenance and updates are crucial for optimal system performance. User training and awareness programs are advised to ensure effective utilization and community confidence.
