This project focuses on the design and implementation of a post-discharge monitoring sys- tem specifically developed for cesarean mothers. The primary objective of the system is to provide healthcare professionals with real-time access to vital signs and recovery information, allowing for prompt intervention and support during the postoperative period.. The system utilizes wearable sensors to collect vital signs data, including pulse rate, blood pressure, and temperature. These data are transmitted wirelessly to a mobile application designed for doctors. The mobile application, integrated with Firebase, enables healthcare professionals to receive and review the patient’s vital signs data in real-time, facilitating remote monitoring and prompt response to any concerning readings. The implementation of the system involved the development of the wearable sensor compo- nents and the mobile application for doctors. Extensive testing and evaluation were con- ducted to ensure the system’s reliability, accuracy, and seamless integration with Firebase. The outcomes of this project demonstrate the feasibility and effectiveness of the post- discharge monitoring system for cesarean mothers. By providing healthcare professionals with real-time access to vital signs data, the system aims to enhance patient care, reduce the risk of complications, and ensure timely interventions during the critical recovery period.en_US
