| dc.description.abstract | This study examines the complicated relationship agricultural productivity and farm household income in Layibi Sub-County, Focusing on key factors such as household head, education level, household size access to credit, modern technology, market accessibility, impact of climate and land tenure system. Through rigorous analysis, factors such as good market access, availability of modern technology and climate resilience were found to significantly influence agricultural household income. Surprisingly, Traditional characteristics such as the gender of the household head and land tenure system had limited impact. The study highlights the importance of targeted interventions and highlights the need to improve market connectivity, provide access to modern agricultural technologies and implement climate resilient practices. These results provide valuable insights for policymakers and stakeholders and guide strategies to improve the income and overall well-being of agricultural households in Layibi Sub-County. | en_US |
