dc.description.abstractMedical emergencies have risen a concern for improvement in the timely delivery of medical services with the current means not providing an optimal solution. With the advancement of drone technology, there have been significant barriers that have been overcome with the use of unmanned aerial vehicles. The ability of the drones to overcome geographical barriers, significant reduction of transportation times since they are immune to traffic delays and some weather conditions provided medical drones as a solution to aid the movement of healthcare supplies. This study identified that there would be an increase in demand for the medical supplies moved by drones, the technical requirements for the start of the project were summarized and these summed up to USD 52,116 and with the use of the straight -line depreciation approach, the value of the fixed asset dropped in value for the period of five years. Further study should be conducted to compare results in other countries and also involve more people in the data collection process, develop infrastructure for drone operations, and integrate unmanned aerial vehicles with security systems.en_US
