The researcher moved to the field with a questionnaire which he used to interview his respondents that were selected and of which they were the proprietor of the case study project in Kanyangeya parish in Nyamwamba division in Kasese district. The researcher recommended farmers to take on the advice from the different teams if the OWC programs so as to perform to the expectations. Local leaders of Kanyangeya parish Nyamwamba division were encouraged to concentrate on delivering the needs of the people not politicking because it doesn’t develop the society. The researcher further recommended the policy makers especially representatives to follow up the OWC programs in conjunction with the teams so as to know how the program is being implemented.
