dc.description.abstract | Across the globe, the e-commerce industry is rapidly growing and becoming one of the most significant industries especially with the advent of the COVID-19 pandemic. Since then, e-commerce, the buying and selling of commodities online, has had an unprecedented attraction of users. Despite the emergence of the various e-commerce platforms, consumers still struggle to
make informed purchasing decisions due to the lack of a unified e-commerce price comparison platform which poses a great hindrance to the consumers’ ability to efficiently compare prices and features of products from multiple platforms and e-commerce sites[1]. The purpose of this research is to address the issue of a lack of a unified platform by exploring the factors that influence consumers’ decision-making processes on e-commerce price comparison platforms. | en_US |
