In today's fast-paced and highly competitive business environment, the successful and timely delivery of projects is crucial to achieving organizational goals. The efficiency and output of workers play a significant role in project completion, and improving labor productivity can positively impact project timelines. This research investigates the relationship between labor productivity and the timely completion of a project, with the objective of identifying the key factors influencing productivity and proposing strategies to enhance it, and also to highlight the relationship between labor productivity rates and durations of some work packages. The study utilizes a mixed-methods approach, incorporating quantitative and qualitative data collection techniques to measure labor productivity metrics and assess worker skills, motivation, work environment, management practices, and technological advancements. The findings indicate that variations in labor productivity significantly impact project timelines, and factors such as worker skills, motivation, and the availability of resources significantly affect productivity. The study proposes various interventions aimed at enhancing labor productivity, such as training programs, incentive schemes, workflow optimizations, and technology implementations. The research contributes to the understanding of the role of labor productivity in project management and provides insights and recommendations for practitioners and researchers to improve project outcomesen_US
