dc.description.abstractThis study assesses the factors affecting digital service delivery the effect of electronic database on service delivery in National Environmental Management Authority. This dissertation is relied entirely on the literature review method. The purpose of the study is to examines the effects of data sharing on service delivery, effects of data sharing and further investigates the effects of e-certification on service delivery in National Environmental Management Authority. It highlights the findings that that there was no relationship between accesses to electronic database greatly improving service delivery, electronic database improving record keeping at my organization with the use of the electronic database since the p-values are greater than the level of significance and no relationship between electronic database data sharing promoting efficiency in the organization and electronic Database facilitating convenient sharing of information with the use of electronic data base since their p-values were 0.000 less than the level of significance 0.005. and therefore, recommends NEMA should Teach data skills through a data literacy program, highlight the benefits of database use in the Authority, build trust in data and address the challenges of not using the database.en_US
