Tv anti-theft real time location based tracking system

Abstract

The developed project “TV Anti-Theft Real-Time Location Based Tracking System” aimed at enhancing the security of televisions by providing a web-based tracking solution. The system utilized GPS technology to track the real-time location of registered TVs. It offers features such as geofencing, alert notifications, and tracking history. Users can monitor their TVs through a user-friendly interface accessible from web browsers. The system includes components like the GPS system, television, and controller system. The web-based system was implemented using JavaScript, HTML, and CSSS for the user interface, PHP for querying the database, and MySQL for data storage after gathering and analyzing requirements, modeling the system's structure and behavior, designing the architecture and user interface, and testing and refining the system. With the developed system, users can deter theft, track their TVs remotely, and receive alerts for unauthorized movements.
