The web-based funeral management system is a comprehensive software solution designed to streamline and automate the funeral management process. This project developed a user-friendly and efficient system that addresses the challenges faced by funeral homes and helps them manage their operations more effectively. The system provides a range of functionalities to facilitate the various aspects of funeral management. It allows funeral homes to efficiently handle client records, including personal information, deceased details, and family contacts. The system also provides tools for managing funeral arrangements, such as selecting caskets, arranging transportation, and scheduling funeral services. Additionally, the web-based platform offers features for automating administrative tasks, including generating reports of the activities. Furthermore, the system incorporates a comprehensive calendar and notification system, enabling users to manage funeral service chedules, send reminders to clients, and coordinate with staff and service providers.Throughout the development process, an iterative and agile methodology was followed, allowing for continuous feedback, testing, and refinement of the system. The technology stack employed included HTML, CSS, JavaScript for the user interface, while the backend was developed using PHP as a server-side language and MySQL as the database management system. The successful implementation of the web-based funeral management system provides funeral homes with an efficient and centralized platform to manage their operations, improve customer service, reduce administrative burdens, and enhance overall productivity. The system's intuitive user interface, coupled with its robust functionalities, empowers funeral home administrators and staff to focus on delivering compassionate and personalized funeral services to their clients.en_US
