The transportation industry has witnessed significant advancements with the emergence of online transportation services, providing a convenient means for individuals to access transportation through mobile applications. However, the focus has primarily been on passenger transportation, leaving a gap in cargo transportation services. This research project aims to bridge this gap by developing a location-based online cargo transportation services platform. The location-based online cargo transport services provide a digital platform for efficient and reliable transportation of goods. Leveraging advanced technologies, such as GPS and real-time tracking, this service connects shippers and carriers, streamlining the logistics process. Users can easily book shipments, monitor their cargo's journey, and access a vast network of carriers. The system optimizes routes, reduces transportation costs. With a user-friendly interface, and seamless communication, this innovative solution revolutionizes the cargo transport industry, fostering greater convenience and effectiveness for businesses and individuals. The research methodology utilized purposive sampling for data collection from 40 participants, involving truck drivers, owners, and shippers. Data was gathered through questionnaires, interviews, and document review. The system development methodology used was Rapid Application Development (RAD), employing technologies like Firebase, Flutter, and Adobe Illustrator for the location-based cargo transportation services system. The designed system offers a user-friendly platform for cargo transportation, integrating real-time tracking, efficient route optimization, secure payment processing, and user feedback mechanisms. The system aims to simplify booking and ordering trucks for cargo transport, catering to key user requirements for a seamless experience.en_US
