This comprehensive document presents an integrated approach to the development of a sophisticated system, encompassing a System Report, System Design Document, and User Manual. The purpose of this endeavour is to provide a comprehensive understanding of the system's development process, design specifications, and a comprehensive guide for end-users. The System Report offers a detailed account of the initial system analysis phase, outlining the objectives, requirements, and constraints identified during the project's inception. It presents an extensive analysis of user needs, stakeholder feedback, and a comprehensive evaluation of existing systems, culminating in a well-defined system scope and project plan. In the subsequent System Design Document, the focus shifts to the architecture and technical aspects of the system. This section delineates the system's structure, modules, and data flow, shedding light on the technological choices made to address the outlined requirements. The document highlights the selection of appropriate software and hardware components, as well as the integration approach to ensure seamless communication between system elements. Complementing the System Design Document, the User Manual provides a user-centric perspective of the developed system.
