Uchanganuzi wa dhana ya udhanaishi katika riwaya za Kiswahili: Mzingile, Nguvu ya Sala na Babu Alipofufuka

Abstract

Utafiti huu ulinuia kuchunguza maneno na matendo ya wahusika katika riwaya tatu za waandishi wawili tofauti; Euphrase Kezilahabi na Said Ahmed Mohamed ambazo ni Mzingie, Nguvu ya Sala na Babu Alipofufuka kwa msingi na mihimili ya nadharia ya udhanaishi. Utafiti wangu uliendeshwa na malengo matatu: Kubainisha vipengele vya udhanaishi vinavyojitokeza katika riwaya zote tatu na kueleza jinsi vipengele hivyo vinavyojitokeza katika matendo na maneno ya wahusika, kutambua jinsi wandishi hawa kupitia wahusika tofauti walivyojaribu kujibu swali ‘Ni nini maana ya maisha?’. English version of the abstract: This study aimed to examine the words and actions of the characters in three novels by two different writers; Euphrase Kezilahabi and Said Ahmed Mohamed, which are Mzingie, Power of Prayer and Babu Alipoufufuka based on the theory of existentialism. My research was driven by three objectives: Identifying the existential elements that appear in all three novels and explain how those elements appear in the actions and words of the characters, to identify how these writers through different characters tried to answer the question 'What is the meaning of life?'.
