dc.description.abstractEUROFLEX LTD`s order fulfillment process involves activities that are primary in delivering final products to customers, these activities can be generalized to other similar manufacturing companies. The current process is to a certain extent inefficient, costly and ineffective thus restructuring the process is the best solution to these challenges stated. The objective of this project is to use business process management methodology namely process discovery, analysis and redesign with its notation to propose a better or redesigned order fulfillment process that achieves operational efficiency in terms of cost, time and quality. This report contains six chapters and the entire six chapters cover different phases of business process management that is process identification which outputs the process architecture, process discovery which shows the various processes involved and how they are related, process analysis which outputs the as-is model, process redesign which outputs the to be process model, implementation and then monitoring and evaluation which identifies the flaws and identifies future changes that need to be made.en_US
