dc.description.abstractThe objectives of the study were to investigate the relationship between job satisfaction, organizational commitment and employee performance among employees of Civil Aviation Authority -Headquarters Entebbe Uganda. A Correlational study design was used and the study had 59 respondents including both males and females who participated in the study. Self-administered questionnaires were used to collect data from the respondents, 58 were returned indicating a response rate of 100 per cent. Simple random technique was used during the study and the collected data was analyzed using Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS). . It was therefore concluded that job satisfaction, organizational commitment and employee performance have a positive significant relationship . The study recommends that there is a great need for companies to focus on employee needs and development as this is one of the important elements of job satisfaction which is not practiced well by these companies.en_US
