dc.description.abstractThis chapter presented the background to the study purpose, problem statement, topic formulation, background development, objectives of the study, the research questions, the hypotheses, the scope of the study, the significance, the justification of the study, the operational definition of terms and concepts used in the study. Basing on the findings of this research study, the management of organizations are advised to establish effective motivational strategies as they are the building blocks for high level job satisfaction and job performance among employees in an organization. Managers in organization should emphasis motivation strategies that enhance and increase the employees’ level of job satisfaction as this has been found to associate with employee job performance.en_US
