The purpose of the study was to establish the relationship between Employee Motivation, Job Satisfaction and Employee Performance. The objectives of the study were; to establish the relationship between Employee Motivation and Job Satisfaction; to establish the relationship between Job Satisfaction and Employee performance; and to establish the relationship between Employee Motivation and performance. The study was carried out among male and female employees of St. Catherine’s Hospital in Kampala Uganda. A sample of 75 respondents was used and these were selected using the simple random sampling technique so as to give every employee an equal chance of being drawn into the study. The study employed the correlation research design in which data was collected using closed ended self-administered questionnaires to assess the nature and gauge of the relationship between the study variables. The collected data was analyzed using the Statistical Package of Social Scientists (SPSS); where background data was analyzed using frequency percentage tables and study hypotheses were tested using Pearson’s Product Moment Correlation Coefficient. The study findings showed that there is a positive significant relationship between Employee Motivation and Job Satisfaction at (r = 0.492**, p = 0.000<0.01); a positive significant relationship between Job Satisfaction and Employee Performance at (r = 0.417**, p = 0.000<0.01); and still a positive significant relationship between Employee Motivation and Employee Performance at (r = 0.342**, p = 0.003<0.01). It is therefore recommended that leaders and managers in Organizations identify the individual needs of their employees and motivate them accordingly so as to bring out the best in them.en_US
