Personality, stress and job performance of employees of Exquisite Events Management Limited
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between personality, stress and job performance among employees of Exquisite Events management limited. The study is intending to achieve the following objectives; to examine the relationship between personality and stress, stress and job performance and finally to examine the relationship between personality and Job performance. A correlational study design will be used in the study to establish the relationship between personality, stress and job performance among employees of Exquisite events management LTD. The study will be using a sample of 10 respondents who will be adopted using a simple sampling technique. Data will therefore be collected using self-administered questionnaire and later analyzed.
