dc.description.abstractThe study sought to investigate the relationship job satisfaction, employee engagement and creativity among employees of Nansana Municipality. A quantitave study that adopted a correlational study design was carried out. Data was collected using questionnaires administered to employees. A sample of 100 respondents participated in the study and these were selected using the simple random sampling technique. Data was analyzed using the Statistical l Package for Social Scientists (SPSS) where Pearson Product Moment and Correlation coefficients was used to test the study hypotheses. The study found out that there was positive significant relationship between relationship between job satisfaction and employee engagement at r= .39**<0.01. The study found out that there is a significant relationship between job satisfaction and creativity at r= .53**<0.01. Furthermore, the study found out that there is a significant relationship between employee engagement and creativity at r= .14**<0.01. This implies that organizations need to employee strategies that ensure high employee engagement to increase on the culture of organization amongst its employees. This in the long run yields passion, commitment and willingness amongst their employees to invest themselves and expand their discretionary effort to help the organizations succeed.
