It has five chapters. First is the introduction which briefly describes the background of the study, problem statement, objectives of the study, research questions, and significance of the study and scope of the study. The second chapter is the literature review which contains information about the different key terms like client project performance etc. The third chapter is the Methodology explaining the type of research, data collection method, data types, data collection instruments, target population, sampling frame, sampling method, sample size, data analysis and ethical considerations. The fourth chapter is Findings and Analysis which shows the results from the field and their implications.
