dc.description.abstract | The study examined the relationship among Employee motivation, Employee commitment and individual job performance among AAR healthcare workers. It’s intended to achieve the following objectives; to find out whether there is a significant relationship between Employee motivation and Employee Commitment, to find out whether there is a significant relationship between Employee Commitment and Individual Job Performance, to find out whether there is a significant relationship between Employee motivation and Individual Job Performance.
The study was quantitative employing a correlation research design. The study used139 respondents and data was collected by use of a self -administered standard questionnaire which was analyzed using Statistical Package for Social Scientists version 21 (SPSS).
The study results revealed that there was there was a significant relationship between Employee Motivation and Employee Commitment among AAR health workers 0.01(p=.000<0.01; was a significant relationship between aemployee commitment and Job Performance among AAR health workers 0.01(p=.000<0.01, furthermore results revealed that there was aemployee motivation and Job Performance among AAR health workers 0.01(p=.000<0.01) | en_US |
