dc.description.abstract | In this project works, a web based battery monitoring and switching control system is discussed. The system measures battery electrolyte temperature, current and voltage parameters of a typical battery in a distribution substation. Over the web, it is possible to control switching of loads connected to battery. To address the problem a C++ program algorithm is developed for the micro controller as a controlling device. Based on this feedback, the micro controller communicates to the web for monitoring and control of the above parameters in order to be maintained in the desirable ranges. A Liquid crystal display (LCD) is used for displaying the temperature, current, and voltage values. | en_US |
