dc.description.abstractThe purpose of this study was to examine the factors that influence cesarean delivery in Uganda. Demographic and health survey data for 2006 was used to investigate these factors. In FY 2006/2007, the annual health sector performance report recorded the CSs rate for MRRH at 24.1%. It rose to 28.4% in FY 2009 as per the MRRH annual performance report. In regard to examine the CSR by level of care, Uganda has atleast 18% of cesarean deliveries. For this reason therefore this study focussed on examining the factors influencing cesarean delivering in Ugandaen_US
