dc.description.abstractMany studies have been carried out on labour productivity on construction sites in Uganda. Time, cost and quality and the main parameters used to measure the success of the project. This study, therefore, was carried out the determine the effect of the level of supervision on concrete labour productivity in Uganda construction. The study involved field observation over a period of three months. Findings show that the mean productivity of workers was 0.054 per CM and the mean volume covered was.
