dc.description.abstractThe problem of the study are the challenges that hinder PWDs sure their desired employment. The study dealt with the relationship between the following variables: Age, sex, education level, type of disability, attitudinal barriers, the type of employment and accessibility Question on PWDs in Bumbaire Sub county Bushenyi District. Three objectives generated from the variables guided the study. The study involved 54 respondents from 4 Parishes. A correlational research design was used in the collection and analysis of both qualitative and quantitative data. The population had PWDs in 4 Parishes. The sample size had 54 respondents, PWDs in each Parish was selected basing on each population. A questionnaire was used to collect data.The highest disability was found to be related with difficulty in movement with 51.9%.en_US
