General waste management is one of the major environmental concerns worldwide. Unfortunately, pre and post-consumer glass represents a major component of waste management and difficulty in locating convenient markets that will allow glass for recycling. Therefore, using waste glass as a partial replacement for marble in terrazzo is a very interesting possibility for the economy on waste disposal sites and conservation through basic experimental research in order to investigate the possibilities of using crushed waste glass as a partial replacement for marble in terrazzo. An experimental work was carried out to assess the aesthetic effect of waste glass as a substitute for marble in terrazzo. Four glass terrazzo samples were created with varying mix ratios which proved waste glass as a potential substitute for marble in terrazzo.en_US
