    Abstract
Plan Events Ug came as a realization of the stressful, time consuming and costliness of events planning. The application provides a link between service providers and customers. This is through signing up service providers and users and making a utilization of mathematics and computer science to help users plan events with greater levels of ease. The service providers relevant information is at the disposal of the customer while the customer can make use of the application to easily search for the information or enter their budget in terms of amount and get a break down of how it can be spent. The service providers get a bonus of getting free advertisement.
