The objective of this study was to find out the effect of CSR employee. Primary data was collected from 70 individuals at Airtel Uganda main office. It was collected using structured questionnaires. The respondents were selected using purposive sampling technique. The analysis was done at three levels (univariate, bivariate and multivariate levels) using stata. From the analysis at the univariate level, majority (92.86%) had acquired tertiary education. The mean work tenure and average age of the employees was 4.79 and 32.33 years respectively. A big proportion of the employees (78.57%) were familiar with the concept of CSR. A great deal of the respondents (89.23%) found a correlation between CSR and their welfare. Vast majority (73.02%) agreed that work motivation for example through remuneration for good work done improved their welfare at the company. A huge chunk of employees (60%) agreed that having sense of belonging.43% of the workers agreed that providing good offers and packages increased their welfare. At the bivariate level, only age, work tenure, familiarity, environmental CSR were found to be the significant with correlation coefficients of 0.2299, 0.2225, 0.4054, and -0.2188 respectively. At the multivariate level, none of variables were found to be significant. The findings indicate the need for further research concerning the effect of CSR on employee welfare.en_US
