What is the Knowledge, Attitude and Practice of Family Planning Methods among the People Living in Buikwe District: A Case Study of Najjembe Sub County
Abstract
The researcher determined the knowledge of, attitude to and practice of contraception among people living in Najjembe sub county Buikwe district and the associated sociodemographic factors among a representative sample 99 women and men aged 15–49 years. This was a cross sectional study conducted in Najjembe Sub County. Data were collected by using an interview questionnaire which was composed of two main parts: socio-demographic and reproductive characteristics and the second part included questions to assess the level of KAP of the women and men concerning contraception.
