dc.description.abstractThe report represents findings from the study carried out to investigate the effect of operations and maintenance on the lifecycle of a product which was done on a web offset printing press at New Vision Printing and Publishing Company Limited. The research was carried out by means of observations and interviews through the use of questionnaires as a major tool for data collection. Data analysis was done using Microsoft office excel and Special Package for Social Science (SPSS) version 25 which was able to give all the results per specific objective out of which conclusions and recommendations were drawn.en_US
