dc.description.abstractThis research conducted, was about land use incompatibility in Kasangati Town Council focusing on Bulamu Cell as the case study. The research aimed at identifying the possible causes of the development of incompatible land use activities and their negative impacts to the people living within the Cell. This research work contains the views of the technical team especially the Physical planner, the Environmental Officer for Kasangati Town Council and LC1 Bulamu Cell, the residents of Bulamu Cell, the developers and NGOs operating within the cell and the different views of the scholars about the research topic that was got from literature review. The views from the residents, the different scholars and the case studies were used to come up with possible and implementable solutions to the mushrooming incompatible land use activities in Bulamu Cell. Furthermore, this research work has five chapters with different themes and in detail aiming to give the readers a much broad picture about the research topic and findings.en_US
